Natural Light Portraiture workshop

Today, I had the great pleasure of assisting two of the craziest and most fun (notice I did NOT say ‘funnest’… what IS that?) photographers on the planet (Shelton Muller and Glynn Lavender) in running the first Sydney-based workshop for Creative Photo Workshops.
The theme of this workshop was Natural Light Portraiture, and a small group turned out mid-week to learn about how to take killer portraits using only natural light, and in places that might seem to the uninitiated to be quite bland (sitting on the carpet in a conference room, anyone?).
It is always inspiring to see the recognition of principles occurring in the participants of these workshops… you can see the lights going on behind the eyes as they get the principles involved.
A good time was had by all who attended, and I would also like to thank Nat Landy and Terin for their involvement as our models.
